Therapy

Whether you’re facing big life challenges or want to grow into the most authentic version of yourself, my approach to therapy integrates evidence-based practices with compassion, collaboration, and genuine curiosity about who you are and who you are becoming.

Take The First Step

My approach

My work is rooted in a collaborative, interpersonal approach that combines my clinical expertise with your personal experience. I recognize the impact of relationships and social contexts on mental health, so blending therapy with practical cognitive-behavioral techniques helps tailor my care to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore interaction patterns, build resilience, and address thoughts and behaviors holding you back from living authentically.

I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment for all individuals. My practice is inclusive of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, and gender identities, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to seek support.

Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
