What do I bring to the table?

My approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and curiosity, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I take a collaborative, non-judgmental stance, ensuring therapy feels like a partnership. I strive to strike a balance between compassion and challenge, offering support while encouraging clients to grow. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, I tailor interventions to each client’s unique situation and needs.

With strong assessment experience, I help clarify complex diagnostic questions and provide clear direction for care. I also intentionally create a safe and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and those in marginalized communities, ensuring that all aspects of a person’s identity are respected and welcomed.
